The IronMan Free Standing Punch Bag Sparring Dummy Man is ideal for all Martial Arts, MMA & Boxing Training and makes an excellent alternative to a traditional hanging punch bag.
The Striking area of the realistic dummy is made with a mold resistant, wipe clean rubber and combined with the high strength urethane foam has just the right amount of 'give' to reduce the risk of injury whilst remaining hard-wearing.
The IronMan Free Standing Punching Bag Sparring Dummy Man is a massive 82cm high and in sports where striking practice is critical for accuracy it really comes into its own.
The large base is 57cm in diameter and 48cm high, it will weight approximately 90kg when filled with water or if you need an even more stable base around 125kg with sand. The round shape makes it easy to roll away when you have finished your workout.

To qualify for same day despatch & next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm.
